We advise that you do not book any tradesman until you have received and checked the goods are in satisfactory condition. Insignia Outlet does not accept liability for any costs or compensation in any way which may arise from (see clause 9)
1. Making A Purchase
The placement of an order indicates your acceptance to these terms and conditions. To make a purchase, just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit or debit card payment using MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch. All items remain the property of Insignia Outlet until paid for in full. Full payment will be processed at the time of the order.
NOTE: To order goods through this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Your Order
After completion of your order, you will be sent an automated email confirming the whole order, costs, estimated delivery time and delivery address. Please check your receipt and ensure that all the details are correct. If you have any queries please contact our sales department immediately, if we are not notified, and the goods are sent, the delivery charge will be charged to the customer.
3. Stock Items
We always strive to keep a good level of stock, but occasionally we do run out. In all instances the stock level will be shown as follows:
"Estimated delivery time - 10 working days"
Remember these are only estimated delivery times, and should they change you will be notified straight away with a new estimated delivery time.
In some instances, there may be a time lag in order, if this so happens then there may be a chance that the item ordered has not been registered out of stock, and may read in stock. In the first instance, you will be notified immediately and the item will be put on back order.
4. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will, however, be contacted and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
5. Site & Product Representation
Whilst every endeavor has been made to ensure correct representation of both our site and the goods we display, from time to time improvements and upgrades are made to both. It is, therefore, possible that errors and omissions can be made to which we are not liable for. If you so wish, please contact us prior to order to clarify with ourselves on any product changes or conditions that may occur. Any online offers are not in conjunction with our store offers and we are not bound to honor them.
6. Quality Check
Before any items leave our warehouse, we undertake strict procedures to ensure the product is being sent to you in perfect condition. This does involve a quality check and each item is photographed and a frame number placed on the item for photo identification. The item(s) will then be signed off and passed onto the courier. It is important that all items are checked at the time of delivery. All the drivers are aware of this and should you not wish to check the items you will be asked to sign an inspection notice declined sheet. If the product should be damaged in any way you MUST inform us immediately in writing. Should you need to make a claim please click the customer services tab above.
All items placed in the shopping cart will display the delivery schedule before the checkout page. Please note that orders are dispatched as whole and not part orders, so if any item is not in stock, then that item will delay the rest of the order. Please be aware of this before placing your order. WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK. We endeavor to deliver most products within 14 days, however, some larger items may take longer, however, all delivery dates shown are only estimated. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Insignia Outlet cannot take responsibility for claims of any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults 48 hours after delivery. Please check your delivery yourself and do not leave for your assembler or plumber to do this (except if Insignia Approved assembly company used) report any problems to our sales team within 48 hours who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues. Never build any product and attempt claim during or after this period as ALL claims are rejected and no return of product is entered into due to high risk of damage to a self-assembly product. Always report first for easy and smooth return/refund. Any time after this period no claim can be entered into. Should you need further time to check items please inform directly at time of purchase, this can be arranged with couriers for you also.
Special note for elderly/infirm customers. Please note should you need help or require a longer period to check your product. Please call us first. We are happy to assist in any way we can, extensions can be made, checks made first on your behalf and photographed to give peace of mind. This service is free of charge
8. Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Exempt from refund are Bespoke orders. Black, white, carbon or any other designs which have been added to the showers fall under the category of bespoke orders.
To return an item please contact our UK Outlet store on 0844 800 3069 and arrange collection or the return of the item. You are responsible for returning the item to us and the cost of this. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to contact us to arrange a return of the purchase. The item must then be returned within 14 days from that point.

- Loss of profits, revenue, sales, income, or business;
- loss of savings;
- loss of use or production;
- loss of goodwill;
- business interruption;
- If the Products are damaged or defective;
- damage to property or possessions through use or misuse of the Products;
- loss caused by delay or other late performance; and
- indirect or consequential losses.
All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months (unless otherwise stated). Items given away FREE do not carry any warranty. On some products there is an extended guarantee, and in such cases the extended period is outlined in the product's description. All product guarantees cover parts only and full details can be found at the manufactures website: www.insigniarange.co.uk . If you cancel your order, you must return all the products to us (including any free products) at your own risk and you should follow the Returns Procedure enclosed on the customer service page. We advise you to use an insured delivery service or have us arrange it (costs may apply). All items must be returned in the original packaging. Please note that FREE gifts are delivered up to 30 days after after your bathroom items have been delivered.
11. Changes to Site
We may change this Site at any time without notice by adding or removing features or services. This will be without liability to you. We reserve the right to withdraw offers and discounts at any time prior to the conclusion of the contract.
12. Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website, Insignia Outlet is not bound to honor any orders made at that price.
Insignia Outlet are specialists in steam and hydro-massage showers but are not technical experts in the field of House electrical or plumbing. If you have a question relating to either of these fields please contact your local tradesman. All electrical and plumbing (gas) work MUST be carried out by a qualified electrician/plumber corgi registered to comply with legal regulations. In all cases of warranty claims evidence must be shown to comply with our terms and conditions.
14. Using Electrical Equipment in the Bathroom
Using electrical equipment in bath or shower rooms has always needed care to ensure safety. Now the IEE Wiring Regulations (16th Edition) have identified particular zones within the bathroom to indicate what type of electrical equipment that can be installed. In addition to above, it must be noted UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any house to appliance connection ever be made without using a fully qualified electrical contractor who must issue you with a Minor Works Certificate stating all connections conform with the requirements of the product installed.
A copy of certificate WILL be required should any electrical warranty issue arise. If not forthcoming this section of warranty will be void. More importantly, in most cases, it is required BY LAW and protects you from the very obvious potential fatality that could occur when electricity is used within a bathroom / damp area.
