Insignia are pleased to announce that their flagship showroom in Milton Keynes is once again open.
Insignia realise that many of our customers like to view our showers and see for themselves the amazing styles, build quality and features on offer. With this in mind and always mindful of your safety at all times, especially during the current Covid situation, visits to our showroom are currently by appointment only. For your safety and peace of mind the following measures are in place:
- Showroom open - visits by appointment only
- Exclusive viewing for safety and service - Only 1 appointment at a time
- Maximum appointment time 1 hour - To allow our staff time to sterilise before next appointment
- All surfaces cleaned and sterilised between appointments
- 2 metre social distancing at all times
- Self-service refreshments available - For your safety staff cannot assist

We are pleased to continue to be able to offer a home delivery option for our customers whilst it is safe to do so, adhereing to social distancing guidelines.
As these are particularly busy periods for us, availability may at times be limited so please bear with us. At Insignia we're trying our best given the unique climate we find ourselves in, so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Our warehouse is operating Monday, Wednesday and Friday so we will only be able to dispatch items on these days.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect orders can be placed anytime online, or on the phone to our sales team who are currently working from home 09:00 to 17:30 Monday - Friday. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Payment for any click and collect order must be completed prior to visiting the store. No payment can be taken upon collection so please do not turn up unannounced hoping to pay for and collect an item.
You will be able to collect your order at the front entrance to our store - please ensure you have received your confirmation email or text to say your order is ready and bring your order reference with you when you collect your order.
A colleague will meet you and provide your order, ensuring that social distancing rules are adhered to.
If you need help loading the order into your vehicle, a colleague will be happy to help but we will require you to return to your vehicle or keep a minimum of 2 metres distance.

Our sales team are working from home and will be available 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday as usual. Due to the lower numbers in staff on the phones please be patient as we are doing everything to answer all calls in a timely fashion.
