How We Deliver
Where on my property will you deliver my order to?
Due to insurance guidelines, delivery will be to kerbside only. Delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences, so the recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to the UK Mainland only.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
The delivery company will require a person over the age of 18 to sign for goods as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient, however it is your responsability to check for any shortages, damages or manufacturing faults 48 hours after delivery. Please do not leave this for your assembler or plumber to carry this out (except if Insignia Approved assembly company used) and report any problems directly to insignia's customer service team within 48 hours who will be pleased to help and will react quickly to resolve any issues.
When should I start the build?
Never build any product and attempt claim during or after this period as ALL claims are rejected and no return of product is entered into due to high risk of damage to a self assembly product. Always report first for easy and smooth return / refund. Any time after this period no claim can be entered into. Should you need further time to check items please inform directly at time of purchase, this can be arranged with couriers for you also.
